A fresh new sound of Canadian hip hop with a hard style driven flow & delivery that is fuelled by the trials & tribulations of growing up in a reservation known as We'koqma'q First Nation in Cape Breton Island , Nova Scotia (Canada).

SHiFT FROM THA 902 an up and coming aboriginal hip hop artist is ready to take it to the next level with he's new project and this is what this new single 'Legendary' is all about. From living in a small community with a lot of doubt and struggle. It really only makes you want to work even harder and make stuff happen on your own. It started with putting out free mix tapes on souldcloud then it grew to doing local shows/rap battles to opening for other big aboriginal hip hop acts in Canada like Joey Stylez , Drezus , Winnipeg Boyz , City Natives , & with US underground hip hop heavyweights Mr.Green (NYC) & A-F-R-O (LA). SHiFT is trying to find he's place in the scene by linking up with Toronto based engineer Ty Danelley at Risk Engineering to mix and master the new single song & Matthew Ingraham at Renegade Entertainment to create the visuals.
